Here we go...

So, after much thought and debate, I have decided to begin blogging. Though I think the word blogging is disgusting. So let's just call it writing. Plain and simple.

I have yet to tell Erik that I've started writing, as I don't know how much a fan he will be of me discussing our lives with other people within a "blog"...he can be kind of private. However, I say he needs to come out of his shell a little bit and share more of his wonderful self with the people we surround ourselves with, so, basically, tough shit for him. :) So on with the writing...

We have decided we hate winter. Tremendously. The snow. The ice. The cold. The biting winds and the blowing snow. Seriously. This frozen tundra we call Minnesota is no friend of mine. People say that once you move, you miss the different seasons, but I beg to differ. I like similarity. I enjoy planning and being able to rely on things, such as the weather...so it's been tempting to think about moving eventually. Who knows what the future may bring, maybe a new state someday...we'll see! :)
